At Google I/O today, Google unveiled its new Acer Chromebook. It is being touted as “The Future Of Computing,” with a promising boot up time of only 8 seconds. It is equipped with 11.6 inch HD Widescreen display that is capable of rendering up to 1,366 x 768 resolution. It employs a CineCrystalTM LED-backlit LCD technology and is powered by an Intel Atom N570 processor. It comes with a 16Gb SSD drive, a 1.3 megapixel camera with noise cancelling microphone, 2 GB of RAM, a fullsize Chrome keyboard, and an    oversize fully-clickable trackpad. Other salient features include a High-Definition Audio Support, 2 USB 2.0 ports, 4-in-1 memory card slot, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, built in dual-band Wi-Fi and World-mode 3G (optional), 6-cell Lithium-Ion Battery and an HDMI port.
